Abbey Trail Walk

PLEASE NOTE: UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE we don't recommend the walking trail between St Albans and Park Street. The rain and waterlogging has made this very difficult to navigate. Please let us know if there are problems with any other sections.

The Abbey Line Trail is a walk commissioned by the Abbey Community Rail Partnership and delivered by Countryside Management Hertfordshire. This is a nine mile walk from Watford Junction Station to St Albans Abbey Station. The walk can be completed in sections allowing you to use the train to return to your start point.
